Nearly all phones purchased in the last ten years are capable of sending and receiving text messages. Please check with your service provider if you are unsure.

Can I call the number back if I have questions?

No - you will hear an automated voice message which tells you that it's an SMS only phone number. If you have questions, please email info@tenclub.net

Does my carrier charge for received messages?

Every carrier offers different text messaging packages. Please check with your service provider if you are unsure.

Why did I not receive the SMS text you sent?

First, please confirm that you have text messaging enabled with your carrier. If you use a pre-paid mobile phone service, it is possible your balance may have been too low if you have to pay for incoming text messages. Other reasons may include (but are not limited to): a recipient's phone being out of memory, a recipient's phone being out of network, or an incorrectly typed number was submitted.
