How do I download my digital bootlegs?
We have 2 different options on how to download your Bootlegs:

( 1 ) Below are instructions on how to download your Bootleg as a zip file. Please know that zip files are compressed and need to be uncompressed before you can listen to the files within.

1. Go to MY ACCOUNT > ORDER HISTORY and click 'View Details' next to your order to download the Bootleg.
2. You need to SAVE the file to your desktop.
3. Once the zip file is saved, you need to double click on the zip file to uncompress the files within.
4. A new folder will then be created and you should be able to see the files in this folder now. Please note where this folder is placed, it's easiest to have it on your desktop.
5. You can then drag the folder into your iTunes, or click on the individual files and, if iTunes is your default media player, the song will open with iTunes.

( 2 ) Below are instructions on how to use the Download Manager to download your Bootleg.

1. Go to MY ACCOUNT > ORDER HISTORY and click 'View Details' next to your order to download the Bootleg.
2. The Download Manager will check that you have the latest version of Java installed and that it is enabled in your browser.
3. Click the 'Start Download' button to launch Download Manager and skip to Step 7.
4. If you have a problem on this page, please make sure you have Java and JavaScript enabled in your browser for LiveDownloads.com.
5. Then click 'Download the latest Java Runtime' link to install Java on your computer. Follow the instructions on the Java website to install Java on your computer. Once the installation is complete, please close your browser, reload the download manager window and return to Step 2.
6. The first time you launch the Download Manager, your browser will prompt you to accept the security certificate for the Download Manager. This certificate ensures you that the code is secured by nugs.net enterprises, LLC. Please make sure to mark the checkbox to trust content from the publisher and then click the 'Run' button.
7. The Download Manager will prompt you to choose where to save your files. Please select the folder where you want to save your files, or create a new folder. Choose a system folder (like My Music). Do not try to save directly to your iTunes library. Then click the 'Start Download' button.
8. Once your downloads start transferring, you may monitor the progress and start listening to each file as they are completely downloaded. Each filename will turn blue when complete.
9. When all your downloads are complete you can click on each file or right-click a file to open the folder where you saved them to. You can drag the files into iTunes, but do not delete them. Make a backup copy of the files.
