Digital downloads are non-refundable. No exceptions.
When will my digital download ship?
Digital downloads are not shipped. Your link will appear shortly after the time of purchase and can be found in your Order History.
How do I download my digital bootlegs?
- Go to pearljam.com, then go to "Sign In", then enter your email and password, then go to ”My Account" and then click on ”Order History", then find the order number and click ”View Details" next to that order. There will be a link that will take you to our Bootleg Download Tool
- Once there, you will see the list of songs in the file format you ordered listed in the Download Tool window. For MP3 files, you will have the option to click the “Download All” button.
- For all other formats (i.e. FLAC/ALAC, FLAC-HD/ALAC-HD, MQA, DSD) the files will be downloaded individually. If required by your browser click 'Allow' in the 'Download Multiple Files' pop-up.
- After clicking 'Download All' you will see a spinning progress wheel as the files are compiled. Once the process is complete for MP3 purchases a ZIP file will be downloaded to your default download folder (My Downloads). Unzip the file by right clicking on the file and selecting 'Extract'.
If you are unable to use the 'Download All' function you can download each song individually.
Click on the image for any show in your Library. You will then see a pop-up of the tracks in the show.
Click the white cloud icon on the left side to download each song individually (or right-click and select 'Save Link As...')
