Gift Cards Policy/FAQ

How can I purchase a gift card?

  • Go to the Shop and click on 'Gift Cards'
  • Select the design you would like to include
  • Determine the amount you would like to give
  • Fill in the information requested
  • Review the information
  • Enter your payment information
  • Set the date and time you would like to send the gift card

You can choose to either send the gift card immediately, or to have the gift card be sent on a date in the future (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc.)

An electronic gift card will be sent via email to the recipient. The recipient will receive a customized email with instructions on how to redeem their gift card.

How do I use my gift card?
Please log in to your account and go here to enter your code.

After you have redeemed your gift card, your account will hold a balance with that amount. This account balance can be applied towards items in the Shop. It can also be used to purchase a *NEW Ten Club Membership with.

*Gift cards cannot be applied towards membership renewals or concert tickets.

To make a purchase using your gift card funds, select "Use your account balance towards this order" on the payment information page of the checkout process.

What if my purchase costs less/more than my gift card balance?
Once you make your purchase, if the amount is less than your balance, the remaining balance will live in your account and will not expire. If the amount of your purchase is more than your gift card balance, you can just pay the remainder with a credit or debit card.

I purchased a gift card for someone and they did not receive it.
Have the recipient check their junk/spam folder for the email first. If they are unable to find the email in their junk/spam folder, please contact us to let us know. Be sure to verify the recipient’s email address for us as well.

I entered the wrong email address/delivery date for the recipient.
Please contact us for assistance. If you entered the wrong email address, please be sure to verify the recipient’s correct email address. If you entered the wrong delivery date, please be sure to let us know the preferred delivery date.

I forgot to use my gift card on my purchase.
The only way to fix this is to cancel and refund the order. After the order has been canceled and refunded, you will need to repurchase your order with the gift card. Unfortunately, this fix will depend on if the order has been processed and/or shipped. Contact us with your Order Number for assistance. Please know that the gift card does not expire, so you could always use it for your next purchase.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Gift Card General Terms
The PearlJam.com Conditions of Use apply. Gift Cards are issued by Ten Club LLC, a Washington corporation. When you purchase, receive or redeem a Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Gift Card terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in our discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

Gift Card Limitations
Once a Gift Card order has been submitted, the order cannot be edited. Gift cards may not be used for the purchase of membership renewals. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

Gift Card Redemption
If the Gift Card recipient is not a PearlJam.com member, he/she will be required to create a free account in order to redeem a Gift Card. Pearljam.com gift cards may only be redeemable toward the purchase of eligible products on www.pearljam.com. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will be placed in the redeemer's PearlJam.com account. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. To view your Gift Card balance, login on Pearljam.com and click Gift Cards and Balance from the drop down menu. No fees apply to Gift Cards.

Gift Card Risk of Loss
A customer may give their redemption code to another fan to use for the full amount. But once a gift card redemption code has been redeemed into that fan's account, no amount of it can be transferred back to the original recipient's account or any other fan's account.

Gift Card Fraud
We will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on PearlJam.com
