Membership Renewal

How can I ensure that my membership will automatically renew?

You can update your billing information at any time. You should receive an email notification 2 weeks prior to your Renewal date.

If you need to update your billing info, please log in and go to MY ACCOUNT and select MEMBERSHIP.

From this page, click on 'Update Payment Info’ and you will see a new screen (Manage Your Ten Club Payment Options) with your current info & Renewal date.

Click + Add payment method (Choose New Credit Card, Bank Info or Choose Apple Pay), add your new Billing Info, follow the Steps, and make sure the  Click ADD.

Once you have submitted your new payment info, your membership should be set to automatically renew on your renewal date. Look for an email notification on that day.

 

My membership payment failed. Now what?

If there is an issue charging your card for your membership renewal, you will receive an automated email from donotreply@pearljam.com. You will have 24 hours from the arrival of that email to update your payment information before the site attempts to run your payment card on file again for your renewal.

The site will make 3 attempts total (once every 24 hours) to process your card for your renewal. This is a "fail-safe" with the Auto-Renewal feature. If the third attempt fails, an automated email will be sent to you notifying you that your membership could not be renewed and is therefore expired.

Mobile: Log in and use the Member News “box” click the drop-down arrow and scroll to “My Account”, and click. Below you’ll find the My Account Menu (Says "Account Settings") and click drop-down arrow, scroll to “Membership.” Scroll down a final time to see your Membership Info (Member Number, Renewal Date, Bootleg Code(s), Member Downloads, etc). On that page, choose UPDATE PAYMENT INFO, and you will see a new screen (Manage Your Ten Club Payment Options) with your current info & Renewal date.

Click + Add payment method (Choose New Credit Card, Bank Info or Choose Apple Pay), add your new Billing Info, follow the Steps, and make sure the  Click ADD.

Once you have submitted your new payment info, your membership should be set to automatically renew

If the final payment attempt fails and has expired, log in and scroll down then Click Become a Member, and continue through the billing process to renew. 

 

Mobile: To Renew your Membership or Become a Member, please log in to your existing account, scroll down and Click Become a Member, and continue through the billing process and click Become a Member again.

 

My card details have changed. How do I update this in my account?

If you need to make changes to your billing information or if your card details have changed, you can update your billing information at any time.
