How can I ensure that my current Membership will automatically renew?
Log in and go to MY ACCOUNT and select MEMBERSHIP. From this page, click on 'Update Payment Info'. Once you have submitted your payment information, your current Membership level should be set to automatically renew on your renewal date.

How do I renew my expired Membership?
Log in to your existing account, go to MY ACCOUNT and select UPGRADE. From here, you can renew your Membership. Simply choose your desired Membership level by clicking on either the Analog or Digital buttons and just continue through the billing process.

My membership payment failed. Now what?
If there is an issue charging your card for your Membership renewal, the site will send an email letting you know and then you will have 2 days to update your payment information before it tries again to renew your Membership. The site will make 3 attempts total (once every 48 hours) to process your card for your renewal. This is a "fail safe" with the Auto-Renewal feature. If the third attempt fails, Ten Club will send you an email notifying you that your Membership could not be renewed and is therefore expired.

To update your payment information, log in and go to MY ACCOUNT and select MEMBERSHIP. From this page, click on 'Update Payment Info'. Once you have submitted your payment information, your current Membership level should be set to automatically renew on your renewal date.

If the final payment attempt fails, log in and go to MY ACCOUNT and select UPGRADE. From here, you can renew your Membership. Simply choose your desired Membership level by clicking on either the Analog or Digital buttons and just continue through the billing process.

Will I keep my same Member Number (seniority in the fan club)?
Please know that we have a 90 day grace period in place to retain your seniority in the fan club. If it has been more than 90 days from the expiration date of your last Membership, you will be assigned a new Member Number. However, if your Membership has been expired for less than one year, you may be eligible for a one time grace period extension on your Member Number. For special circumstances regarding a Membership that has been expired for less than one year, please contact us.
