How is my Ten Club Membership charged?
Ten Club Memberships are charged once a year on your renewal date, so your billing period starts with the date you become a Member or Renew and remains valid for one year. With our site's Auto-Renewal/Recurring Payment feature, once you have submitted your billing information, your current Membership level will automatically renew on the renewal date. The Auto-Renewal/Recurring Payment feature requires a valid credit/debit card on file.
US & Australia Sales Tax
To comply with new sales tax laws in the US and Australia, we are required to start collecting sales tax for Memberships beginning in 2019. We will be using your Billing details for the Digital Level & the Primary Shipping details for the Analog Level (i.e. city, state, ZIP) to determine your sales tax rate. To ensure the tax is appropriate for your location, please log in and update your Primary Shipping and/or Billing details.
UK 20% VAT
As of January 1st, 2021 a 20% VAT will be charged on all memberships in the UK.
My card details have changed. How do I update this in my account?
If you need to make changes to your billing information or if your card details have changed, just log in and go to MY ACCOUNT and select MEMBERSHIP. Then click on 'Update Payment Info' and once you have submitted your payment information, your current Membership level will be set to automatically renew on the renewal date.
How do I cancel my Membership?
We're sorry you wish to cancel your Ten Club Membership. To prevent your Membership from auto-renewing, please follow the steps below.
1. Log in and go to MY ACCOUNT and select MEMBERSHIP.
2. From this page, click on "Cancel Auto-Renewal/Recurring Payment".
3. If you are sure you do not want to renew your subscription to Pearl Jam, click "OK".
4. Your billing information will then be removed and your Membership will expire on the expiration date.
Your current Membership will stay active until your expiration date, at which time your Membership will simply expire. Your account will then revert back to a free (Non-Member) account, and you will no longer have access to your Membership Benefits or any Members-only opportunities.
Should you decide to purchase a Membership again in the future, please know that we have a 90 day grace period in place to retain your seniority in the fan club. If it has been more than 90 days from the expiration date of your last Membership, you will be assigned a new Member Number. However, if your Membership has been expired for less than one year, you may be eligible for a one time grace period extension on your Member Number. For special circumstances regarding a Membership that has been expired for less than one year, please contact us.
