How is my Ten Club membership charged?
Ten Club memberships are charged once a year on your renewal date. Your billing period starts with the date you become a member or renew and remains valid for one year.
Unless canceled, your membership will automatically attempt to renew using the card on file on the renewal date.
US & Australia Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax for memberships.
UK Tax
20% VAT will be charged on all memberships in the UK.
My card details have changed. How do I update this in my account?
If you need to make changes to your billing information or if your card details have changed, you can update your billing information at any time.
Log in and go to MY ACCOUNT and select MEMBERSHIP. Then click on 'Update Payment Info' and you will see a new screen (Manage Your Ten Club Payment Options) with your current info & Renewal date.
Click + Add payment method (Choose New Credit Card, Bank Info or Choose Apple Pay), add your new Billing Info, follow the Steps, and make sure to click ADD.
Your membership should be set to automatically renew on the renewal date. Look for an email notification.
Mobile: Log in and use the Member News “box” click the drop-down arrow and scroll to “My Account”, and click. Below you’ll find the My Account Menu (Says "Account Settings") and click drop-down arrow, scroll to “Membership.” Scroll down a final time to see your Membership Info (Member Number, Renewal Date, Bootleg Code(s), Member Downloads, etc). On that page, choose UPDATE PAYMENT INFO, and you will see a new screen (Manage Your Ten Club Payment Options) with your current info & Renewal date.

How do I cancel my membership?
We're sorry you wish to cancel your Ten Club membership. To prevent your membership from auto-renewing, follow the steps below.
- Log in and go to MY ACCOUNT and select MEMBERSHIP.
- From this page, click on "Cancel Auto-Renewal/Recurring Payment".
- If you are sure you do not want to renew your Ten Club membership, click "OK".
- Your membership will expire on that date.
Your current membership will stay active until your expiration date, at which time it will expire. Your account will revert back to a free (non-member) account and you will no longer have access to your membership benefits or any members-only opportunities.
If you wish to prevent your membership from expiring, please Log In to your account and go to your Membership page, then click on the “Cancel” button next to “Your membership is set to expire on <DATE>, and will not automatically be renewed.” (CANCEL).
Please note: Updating your payment info once you have requested to cancel will NOT update your membership to renew.
Look for an email notification on your Renewal date.
Should you decide to purchase a membership again in the future, you have a 90-day grace period to retain your seniority in the fan club. If it has been more than 90 days from the expiration date of your last membership, you will be assigned a new member number.
Under special circumstances, a membership expired for less than one year may be eligible for a one-time exemption for the member number. Please contact us.
